Mary Ellen Dito, MT, MBA is Pathlink‘s Chief Operating Officer and Administrator for Hospital and Clinical Services. Mary Ellen is a healthcare professional with over 25 years of experience in both clinical and anatomic pathology administration. Throughout her career she has held various leadership positions including Administrative Director and most recently Assistant Vice President of Clinical Operations.

Her experience encompasses a variety of healthcare settings including hospitals, multi-site systems, core lab operations, home care and outreach services. She holds an MBA from Wagner College and a BS in Medical Technology from the College of Staten Island. Mary Ellen brings extensive laboratory and professional pathology management and operational experience, quality and clinical excellence to Pathlink.

M. Anthony Gonzalez, MBA is Pathlink’s business and financial manager. Anthony has over 17 years of management experience in small business corporations and has been working in the healthcare industry for 12 years. His leadership and expertise have been very instrumental in the growth and expansion of the company. He holds an MBA degree from Villanova University.
His current duties cover a wide range of responsibilities. In part, he manages the revenue cycle for all service lines and through our partnerships with RCM companies is the liaison between hospital clients and all related business relationships. He is the lead manager for the financial and accounting aspects of our business and is personally involved the day to day activities taking a hands-on approach. As the lead financial manager, his input and advice are needed in all layers of the company such as advising upper level management, reviewing and forecasting potential business, preparing and monitoring monthly budgets, and supporting all departments with financial analysis of the impact of any business decision.
