Dr. Mario S. Gonzalez, M.D., F.C.A.P., F.A.S.C.P., F.C.P.E.
Dr. Mario S. Gonzalez, M.D., F.C.A.P., F.A.S.C.P., F.C.P.E., is a board-certified anatomic and clinical pathologist with over 30 years of experience leading hospital, laboratory, and pathology operations nationwide. He is the Chief Physician Executive, Chief Medical Officer, and Founder of PATHlink LLC and PATHlink Solutions, and has previously held leadership roles with Mount Sinai Health System and HCA Healthcare. Widely published and active in national professional organizations, Dr. Gonzalez is recognized for his strategic vision, operational expertise, and commitment to advancing patient-centered, value-based pathology services.
Assistant Chief Operating Officer
David P. Anderson
David Anderson is the Assistant Chief Operating Officer for PATHlink. David brings over 25 years of healthcare experience to the corporation in capacities such as Administration, Finance & Lab/Pathology Operations. His tenure at Hospital Corporation of America (HCA), KPMG Peat Marwick, and national lab corporations gives him a varied background with expertise in strategy, finance, laboratory operations, and physician management. He holds an MBA from the University of Miami.
Senior Director of Business Operations
Roslyn Whittle-Kinard, BS MT (ASCP)
Roslyn Whittle-Kinard is the Senior Director of Business Operations for PATHlink, bringing more than 30 years of progressive experience in clinical laboratory operations, management and leadership. Her expertise spans strategic planning, outreach growth and development, financial stewardship, workflow optimization, benchmarking, outcome measurement, and quality management. Roslyn has served as Laboratory Administrative Director for multiple high-complexity laboratories in New Jersey and as a PATHlink Consultant for an independent laboratory in Ohio. These roles demonstrate her extensive knowledge and proven ability to lead the business, clinical, and technical functions of both Clinical and Anatomic Pathology laboratories. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Rutgers University–Douglass College and is board certified by the American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP).
