Build a tailored proposal to address needs identified in Discovery.
Define Scope of Service: Routine plus specialized pathology (clinical pathology, histopathology, molecular, etc.)
Identify and align complementary specialty testing and services.
Partnership
Collaborate effectively to finalize the Proposal and Pricing Structure for the identified model.
Work together to define partnership parameters and expectations.
Partner with medical staff leadership to achieve institutional academic goals.
Implement
Once we have a signed agreement an implementation plan is developed.
Go live meeting takes place to kick off the partnership.
Monitor initial performance and resolve any issues proactively and collect feedback.
Maintain
Assign an account manager and conduct monthly meetings.
Provide regular reporting and reviews (TAT, quality, satisfaction).
Propose periodic updates on new services, technologies and CPT coding.
